Well I am not sure why. My daughter is in there now with some really messed up lungs and they are slow, I know they will silence them too.
They did the same thing when my daughter was there. When my daughter was real sick and hallucinating I stayed with her and it took them forever to answer call lights. More than once it took over 15 min for them to answer the light
I fell in my room, pushed the button for help and no one responded. Finally someone was walking down the hallway and saw me in the floor came in and got me off the floor and put me back in bed. Floor was polished so much that I slid and it the wall and slid down and hit the floor. Was bruised for a couple weeks.
I am not sure but I was there visiting my brother in law last year and that is the same situation.
