9pm to 11pm is not enough time to do all the activities/game there is a queue for game, you may have to wait 15-20min /game in line.
9pm is good becausr the day crowds are gone. You can tell guide to put you in the que as well.
Went last Saturday and indint wait more than 20 mins to play any game
