Hello, We have 8" cakes available in our display on a daily basis that you can walk in and purchase that feed 10 people. This is the smallest cake that we make. Otherwise, depending on the cake design we can make cakes available for next day pick up.
Depends on the cake from my experience. I ordered 24 hours in advance for a cake
