If im handicap with crutches and coming with people can they sit with me and do I have to wait on line?

I would call the venue if I were you and see if there are any specific arrangements that need to be made.

I don't know how it works normally. My friend & I went there for a show, we did wait on line outside. To the sides they have tables & stool seats going up 1 or 2 steps. For that special event they had folding chairs in the middle right in front of the stage. & regular seats to the back
