So this is my first time going to a concert can anyone tell me when tickets are officially sold out let say the due date is may 17?

May 17 @ Gramercy is Madison Beer. Seems like a young demographic, so the chances of this show selling out a Thursday night are fairly slim.

It's a smallish venue....the chances of the artist selling out here are very good.

It depends on the event and the popularity. They sell out whenever people buy them all. If it's a famous band it'll sell out faster, if it's not it'll sell out slower or not at all.
