Now it's called Flatbush Gardens. It was called Vanderveer Apts back when I lived there in 1995. It wasn't a good neighborhood then. There were too many crack heads and undesirable people living there.

Hasn't changed that much Beverley! I've lived here for 40 years and it's only better on the surface. The same ignorant people live here, and now their children are the ones carrying on the tradition. If you're thinking of relocating to here... DON'T. Give it another 5 years or so, only reason I'm still here is because I bought property early when the nabe was depressed. BUYER BEWARE!!!
