Lid is stuck in the locked mode. Tried calling number but it is disconnected. Guess I'm gonna have to pry it open. Have tried Facebook and their number don't know what else to do.

I have reviewed this place several times and told people not to go there. Its a dump and the machines take your money. Sorry this happened to you. Just let others know.

I have only been there a couple of times myself there are always machines out of order some don't even have signs to tell you so there's never anyone working there if you do have a problem I have also had the machines take my money. I only go there because they're right around the corner from where I live but I have nothing positive to say about the place.
