Have a question about the audio of a Thomas Set purchased last Christmas. Audio was weak then, but is almost non-existant out of the box this year. Is this adjustable or maybe a failure.

To adjust the volume control of any Lionel LionChief engine: With the engine on the track with track power, press and hold ALL 3 buttons on the remote control and simultaneously turn the toggle clockwise. If this doesn’t resolve the faint sounds, Frank’s other suggestion is also correct...bring it in for us to check it out! 🎄🚂

There are sound adjustments. Check your instructions. But if it was weak last year, it could be the board. I would bring it back to where you purchased it.
