There are yearly leases, with some shorter terms available if you can make an exception with the owner. There are some RV's but the hookups are for more traditional semi-permanent trailer homes. They can be adapted to RV style hookups at additional expense, but there are no short term lots available as far as I know. The shortest lease time that I have seen was approximately 7 months, and that was for a "TinyHouse" style residence. I have owned a trailer there since late 2007, and I pay a monthly fee on a yearly lease renewal for the property that my trailer and a small shed sit on. I also have a 2 car parking area. If you are looking for a short term RV lot, this is not the place.
