99% of the homes in here are individually owned The owner of the park Mr bogert does own some and I believe rents out. There are always homes up for sale in here Best is to come in take a ride around there are signs in front of places that are up for sale or rent you can also call the office and speak to the bobert's and they probably could advise you even more.
