Should a patron be allowed to make a comment about someone who is homeless that is just sitting in a restaurant enjoying a beverage which was purchased and trying to stay warm?

Not everyone is lucky enough to have a warm place to live, with warm meals and beverages - that being said - it is my opinion that if a homeless person has obtained a warm beverage or a meal and is frequenting the restaurant enjoying that warmth, that's fine....he is a patron like everyone else. However, if that person is hanging out asking for money , harrassing or causing any type of problem that is causing other patrons problems then - a manager should handle the situation immediately.....with the end result being to have the person leave. I have seen times when the average patron is the one causing more problems than any homeless person....the manager should also ask any person causing problems to leave the restaurant.
