No you don't have to pay to get into the beaches South but you do have to pay for the beach tents the beach umbrellas and you also have to be a customer of the restaurant that is there even if it's just drinks you can't just sit at the beach by itself... At least that's what I was told last weekend when I went there and it's a cute little Beach for me not worth the trouble you cannot bring any food snacks or drinks there and they monitor it closely but if you're there for a few laughs in a little bit of a good time it's worth going but don't forget the restaurant you have to buy something.
