Live bands Fri to Saturday some weeks. Really anytime before 9pm is okay for kids.

Yes it's kid friendly. I would say mon- thur 9 pm, fri-sun evenings are more of a bar atmosphere.

It is kid friendly. Typical beach bar. We were there at 1030pm. I'm sure it varies depending on what event is happening.
