Stopped by this weekend ~20 fluorescent bulbs (many new) and ~10 fixtures, and CF "declined" the donation while referring me to a for-profit recycling center. What kind of community benefit does this facility provide? Why nonprofit?

Their donations policy on their website states that they cannot accept fluorescent bulbs. It does not say why. Perhaps they are simply too fragile to store in such a busy warehouse?
