You can't just go and use their pool you have to be staying at the resort it's not open to public
If u paying for a night there comes with pool. If u just planning to go to pool and not to stay, they will charge. Or ask you how are you visiting.
If you're talking about swimming pool no you don't rent it out it's a community pool
