How do you leave with a to go order, get home, and not have the burger for the sandwich.....then call and have a rude employee tell you you're wrong! Then the mgr,gets on the phone takes ur info and laughs, my waitress was amazing management disgusti

This Steak 'n Shake seems unable to send out correct orders. They even made me sick by purposely giving me regular coffee instead of decaf. Girl said: "Oh yes it's decaf". Had to go home & add fixins to my burger myself. I recommend DQ or McD's. At least they try to get your order right. S'nS employees on Mt Zion Rd are a bunch of nincompoops.

Yeah, that is pretty bogus... Tell the BBB about that, they will shake their steak right up!

Just don't go back to steam n shake if they were rude.
