Do you guys buy gift cards for cash?

I'm not sure that Target buys gift cards for cash. You might try check on hold and possibly Amscot. The pawn shops might buy gift cards as well. The going rate for gift cards is something like fifty cents on the dollar...a $50 gift card will only fetch $25... from what I hear. Never personally tried this myself. But hey, when ya need cash, it doesn't so much matter. Just as an aside, if you need to return a product that was purchased from Target and you can't find the receipt, customer service can pull the record of purchase with the customers original method of payment. They scan the product barcode and the customer swipes the card they purchased the product with. Interesting how technology is advancing.
