Kids...but Im 38 and the more I skate that park I wear a helmet. There are a lot of fun and fast runs on older concrete.....High walls that will beg you to challenge them and you will want all your pads. Unless you are Jaime Mateu...or have a deathwish...
They have signs everywhere saying so but no one enforces it. Kind of a skate at your own risk thing.
