To best my knowledge service animal's only but maybe mistaken. Now a days all have say is it is your emotional support animal and they can't ask for proof.
Not sure but I don't think so since it's a fresh produce market. I've seen dogs left in the car but not inside the store
I saw people there with pets.
I believe only if it is a serivce dog it can go there
