Will you be open normal hours on Christmas Eve? If not, what time will you close?

I am sure it is open, but reservations are , I guess, a necessity

Don't go here on Christmas Eve, this place is like a cafeteria. It's loud the Staff are obnoxious. they want to get you in and get you out and keep as much money of yours as they can.
