The food is fresh but you will have to wait over 30 minutes for your food. The customer service is really bad, the workers are rude and argue with each other in front of customers
The food is fresh and I've never had to wait for food longer than is average; about 15 minutes tops. Their busiest time seems to be the lunch and dinner rush, so be aware that you're looking at about a 30 minute wait at around noon and five-six pm. The location is clean and in my experience, the staff is friendly.
You Will most DEFINITELY be waiting long for your food. The workers are RUDE! They show poor customer service skills. I spent $30 on 2 combos & french fries, i wad told i had to wait (which was longer then 30min) & was handed my food with a dirty look, no "sorry for thewait", no "thank you come again", NOTHING but a dirty look.
