The membership provides you with a free session with the trainer to go over what your trying to achieve and he or she will right you a program for you to follow that will help you. The trainer does look at the programs periodically to make sure you are following it. But in addition to the program you can go to the classes to get time to get extra training and discuss any questions. As for personal there just for you you'll probably need to pay for that I'm not sure, I'd call and ask.
