Yes. Talk to the front desk. You will be able to schedule time with a trainer. Work with the trainer to get the right settings for each machine. Write them down: amount of weight, number of reps, seat height, sometimes other settings. After that, you should be able to use the machines on your own. (I'm not familiar with the classes, just the machines.) Also, be sure to get their app. You can use it to check in, and through it you can watch demonstration videos and workouts.
Yes they have trainers for different things. Call first is my suggestion to get an idea and feel for the trainers, routines and schedules. And go sit in for a class to see if it's for you.
