Yeah as others have said, it's definitely upscale but you won't be looked upon badly should you dress down.
This is one where all the young 20-30 somethings get dressed up to go out on the town. Very stylish. But ... then there are the people who aren't as inclined to do it up so fancy. Their money spends just the same and they seem to be just as welcomed.
Very trendy, very cool. Even brunch is a fashion show.
