December 18, 2020, is the deadline for all claims and supporting documents to be filed with the VCF.
Barasch & McGarry is actively involved in the lobby effort to extend that deadline to the year 2090 with the passage of the Never Forget the Heroes Act for extension of the Victim Compensation Fund. As a 9/11 1st responder and now a retired FDNY Deputy Chief working for the firm it's an honor for me to continue the fight for the 9/11 Community standing shoulder to shoulder with Michael Barasch and advocate leader, John Feal, in Washington DC.
