Yes, they are open on Christmas Eve, 100%. I called and they are open from 11:00 to 23:00. No special meal is planned, just ordering from the menu. They are closed on Christmas Day. Enjoy!
I believe that cafe lux will be open but I am not 100% sure. The hours will probably be shorter If it is open
