After 6 its free and you can usually find a spot, you may have to circle the lot a few times. There is also street parking a block or so away but I'll thats usually taken by residents but you never know.
It's mostly tight during the day but gets better as the night approaches.

Tight lol where ever you need to be, get here at least 30mind ahead just to find parking. You have to pay for street parking before 6pm.
