The immigration courts are closed due to the shut down. All other USCIS offices are open as normal. To see a USCIS Officer you MUST have an appointment which can only be scheduled by calling customer service phone number. No more walk ins or kiosk to schedule at the office.
Hello, @Kabiru Raji Not sure if you have been living in the mountains or in Cuba lately but there is a U.S. government SHUTDOWN because of the 30,000 + Central American migrants trying to cross the U.S. southern border ILLEGALLY. A lot of the employees are not getting paid & many court proceedings have been postponed. The link below is to schedule appointments officially. It will save you time and money if you show up and no one is working. Finally my advice is to schedule ahead of time ! Because we don't know when the shutdown will end. https://my.uscis.gov/en/appointment/v2
If you want an info pass you should be able to because they have machines there where you can schedule it. If that does not work for some reason you would have to call USCIS customer service and they will set up an info pass appointment for you.
