I agree this company is horrible. A person there wanted me to sign off stating I would NOT give permission for a device be put in my house that permits the company to confirm attendants attendance and time which they obviously do not track. Every aid they have sent except 3 have made their own hours. I'm trying to work with them but they are horrible.

First of all sorry to know ur feeling this way but Michelle is a very sweet human being.i would recommend you go in the office and have a conversation with her and hope things can be resolved. I hope u will find someone to give ur mom the care she needs best of luck!
