whats the street parking there after 6 or 7 pm?

You can park on 4th ave after 7

Never been there.

There is parking on the left side of 4th ave after 6 and parking after 7 on the right side.

Not sure on that, but Are you from the city? Easier just to take the subway, and get off at Astor place from there it's a 3-4 min walk
