The offices are very busy. Even if the amount of appointments is low. They have also restricted the quantity of employees they can have at a time. It is easier to make an apointment online then to call.
Yes they did the same thing to me I guess they just don't answer the phones and they moved over to the west side so you have to go to the West Side to even get in the place they might even have a different number I don't know but you have to make an appointment to get in so you have to stay on the phone till they answer or go up there and you know physically make an appointment you can't just walk in anymore
One clerk told me they split the crew in half and each crew works half shift, meaning they are really busy. Best bet is to go online and make an appointment. I was in and out of there in about 20 mins. last week.
