I don't know that the make house calls. They could take care of your beloved pets remains. Tuesday are surgery day at this facility. But only for existing patients with large dogs or elderly. It would also have to be close. If she's never seen your dog, she wouldn't do a house call for a euthanasia. Have you actually taken your dog to a Vet?

Dr goes to farms for large animals. Doubt time would allow for one house pet. Can you get someone to assist in getting the dog into the clinic? Dr's very good & will be honest with you regarding the health condition... not out to make a "big buck" off a client/pet - they loves all animals & will give you honest opinion of status. Decision is yours. Yes they can manage the remains. You will need to decide if you want crematin remains.
