This community is a very tight community a d very friendly. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. If you go to the rec hall/ club house during weekday business hours you should be able to get help and all the information you need. Plus I'm sure they wouldn't mind giving you a tour of the community, and tanya this is a 55+ community that is all triple wide manufactured homes. Also this park deals with Sun reality if you have any questions or want to tour any property that's for sale, and during the week I think there's an agent on duty in the club house.
