Hi Thomas, Arizona is a Direct Access state which means you do not need a referral for physical therapy. However, some insurance plans do still require one. If you would like, our front office team will check your benefits before scheduling and determine whether you need a prescription or not.
I had to have one however I don't know if it's mandatory.
