They are for sure open until 1am Thurs-Sat, but the 11pm closing might have been a one off. This is a franchised taco bell and not corporate, which is why they are not open until the typical 3am on weekends
Maybe they changed hours but I know they have been open to 2am on weekends.
I am not sure why they closed at 11 i away thought they were open untill 2
