You sign up for Lowes Foods to Go online, using your Lowes customer card number. Then select the groceries you want, choose a pick-up time, and check out. You can pay online, or at the store. When you pick up, pull into the designated pick up space, use the speaker to tell them your name, and they bring groceries out to you
