There is a stray cat that keeps coming around and attacking my cats.. and it attacked my mother one day and gave her cellulitis but the stray did it while he was Fighting my cats. He is a nuisance and does not belong to anyone.

Go to the SPCA and they will give you a live trap to catch it then you take it there they will take care of it

They are not taking animals right now except ones that owners cannot take care of. Only thing you can do it set a trap or call Animal Control through the Sheriff's dept. Good luck.
