I feel in folks working jobs now, Ive received a mix of help an care shown at different shops. This market by the work ethic shown by the staff as a part of who they higher an train to represent standard of care for customer, selves,an the job. Many folks I've discussed today's workers with re: poor treatment,service, at drive threw, or markets. Poor service, disrespect of customers ,coworkers,an managment has become the norm. I feel lack of caring about selve worth, doing good days work for a days pay. This generation is lost to a lack of a desire in making a difference. To many willing do the least to get the most money. We have seen sign on bonus, to get folks to work. The offered bonus isn't pending positive work ethic, just show up.
