I know some clinics require your pet to be vaccinated before a spay/neuter appointment so do they follow by that rule too? I have a cat that needs his shots and to be neutered so just asking before I make an appointment.

They offer vaccinations at the same time.

If your pet needs a vaccine, they will do it there along with the surgery. It is an additional charge. Let them know when you schedule that the cat is not up to date and needs them.

Pets need a rabies shot, but they will do that along with the spay and neuter.Expect to pay 18.00 for the rabies shot and 13.00 for the pain meds. And DO NOT be later than 4 pm on picking him up. That will cost you 35.00.
