They are the real deal. Very thorough with all necessary to tests. But as with any surgery there are no absolute guarantees. I can tell you that my experience with spaying my dog was very good.
I had my 8yo boy neutered here, and I took him to his regular vet to have a "geriatric wellness panel" done beforehand. But this clinic also checked him out before the procedure!
