What time is the church open for praying during the weekdays

It opens at around 6:30am, and the first morning mass is at 7. Not sure what time the church closes at the end of the day.

I'm not sure. My apologies. St Michaels does has an extensive website. I'm sure they have listed the times when the church is open, masses, services, and upcoming concerts.
