I am trying to open a patient portal and when I have had to reset my password, it tells me that this email is already connected with another password....How to start over?

From my understanding you can't do this on your own. You have to have then reset the account or create a new account and you still have to alert them. In short, there's no easy way to accomplish this without their involvement. Now that is the easy part, now you have to get in touch with someone who can help you. That's not easy, but once you do they'll have you up and running in less than 24-48 hours. I wish you all the best.
