Yeah.. I tried to ask about warranty work done before that wasn’t right and was kind of blown off. “It wasn’t done by us... so we need to charge you ..$150 service call fee to look at”, blah, blah. This is for a center console USB port not charging! Right..!

I have two vehicles under warranty and haven't had an issue getting them worked on. I suggest you let management know with detailed descriptions of the issues that you have had in the past.
Shouldn't be a problem I ne er heard of a dealer turning down warranted work
