Honestly I had the best service ever with my vehicle there, cost was better than other places, service was great, mom and pop shop with lots of experience and pros employed. Always a chance everywhere something bad can happen but you can't always trust a business to take care of you and I trust Sammy's :) ask for Max, he's the office manager and a huge help for any issues
