They only give you a new license if you have camera card. I applied online for camera card got it within a week and then went here to take picture for new license.
Actually there is a DMV photo license center co-located with AAA at this location.
The renewal of a License depends on if you just need passenger car, or have other licenses, such as motorcycle, class A, B, Schauffer, commecial endorsements.
They can issue a new AAA card. However, they do not do PA state ID or drivers license. You have to go to PennDot for those.
