It all depends on what you want. Granted, it is not as large, so there may not be as large of an inventory, they do have access to items that WinCo doesn't have. So, therefore, Grocery Outlet has many items that are very competitive if not cheaper.
Some things are. They don't have as big of a selection like Winco.
I dont have much to add to the above. If you need fresh winco is more reliable. The groutlet is my all around favorite.

They have a lot of items you can't find anywhere else and yes most of those items are very reasonable. I enjoy grocery outlet more.
