Topical cream like the therapeutic essentials balm or the quartz freeze roll on can be used for fast joint relief. While cbd oil like the quartz oil can be used for widespread long lasting pain relief. Full spectrum is better then broad spectrum generally. I would start at 500mg and go from there. If the taste of oil is too much, there are gummies and even pill form. These won't work instantly and can take around half an hour to kick in.
