First timer huh? Bring your Texas driver's license with your current address. You'll be required to fill out a NICS form which will be phoned in for verification. If you are approved, the whole thing will take anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Sometimes NICS is overloaded but 30 minutes max. Should be able to roll it into a lunch break if everything goes well.
