When you get there, staff at the parking lot will ask you if "drop off" or "park". So there is a designated are to drop off passenger. That I am sure. But pick up is probably tricky as it is usually chaos going out of the parking lot so I dont know if there is an area for pick up. I would say None... or you might need to walk few blocks just to get away from traffic.
You may have to walk a couple of blocks, but I know there is designated spots for passenger drop off and pick up. This would be for "uber".
There is a designated Drop Off location directly in front of the building.
