I purchased a sewing machine online threw Joann website. I was informed that the store on Mockingbird had 3 in store. Wait for second email to come pick it up. No email so I called. Why am I waiting to pick up a machine I have payed in full?

I cancelled an order for sewing machine needles the next I ordered them. I ordered other needles that just arrived after being out of stock. The 1st order arrived anyway and am still waiting for the one I wanted. Now it looks like I will be paying $7.99 two times for items that are super light and would cost at the most $5.00 each. If this isn't gauging, I don't know what is !!!! For me Joiann Fibrics will be done just for the unethical attitude!

They say they are backed up on orders and running a small crew in all stores. If you are lucky you'll get an email today. If not you'll probably get one during the week but the stores are now only open during weekends for pickup.
